Ponies wearing the new Ideal Scurry Harness.

These ponies are full of character and are now about to start their 5th season of scurrying in 2009. They were the 2007 Grand League Points Champions and will receive a generous donation of a set of harness by Ideal Harness which they are now using. This has been made purposely for Scurry Driving and is a great harness. The ponies stable names are Comet and Kestrel and they are highly strung and like mini racehorses and not always as controllable as I would like! They are full registered Welsh B palamino geldings and are inseparable.

They competed at HOYS in their 1st season, Northern Ireland International Horse show in their 2nd season, went to Holland in 2007 as the points Champions after winning numerous classes and championships in 2007. They have since had another 3 very successful seasons and were always at the top of the points league somewhere.

Groom
Veronica has been on the back of scurry for 2 and a half seasons and also helps to keep the ponies fit during the week in the show season.
